Contents of Dumpster
Contents of the dumpster are the responsibility of the customer, if someone dumps materials into your container you are responsible for whatever it may be, and for any and all charges related to the hauling and disposal.
Overweight Dumpsters
All dumpsters have a weight limit; all dumpsters are weighed at the disposal site. Loads over the weight limit will be charged $100 per ton. DO NOT overfill your dumpster, keep them level with the top. Material over the top of the dumpster is potentially dangerous for the operator and other vehicles on the roadway.
Unacceptable Materials
DO NOT place these items in the dumpster: biohazard or medical waste, chemicals, paint, propane tanks, gas cans, equipment with gas or oil, aerosol cans, florescent lights/tubes.
We are not Responsible for
We are considerate, careful and will take great effort to place your roll-off dumpster, however, J & A Disposal is not responsible for damage done to driveways, lawns, sidewalks, curbs, underground utilities, shrubs/plants in the path to the roll-off container.
